900ml Soda Water
1 Apple (cored & chopped)
1 Orange (chopped)

Combine

Combine spices, sugar, rinds (use around a 5cm x 1cm strip for both the lemon and the orange), juices, brand and cordial into a large pot. Stir over a low heat until sugar is dissolved. Increase heat and bring to the boil, then reduce and simmer for 10 minutes.

Strain

Strain into a large jug or bowl and allow to cool to room temperature.

Finish

Add wine, soda water and fruit. Refregerate for several hours or overnight.

Serve

Serve Sangria in glasses of your choice over ice cubes with slices of orange.
