210g Warm Filtered Water
10g Fine Salt

Upgrade your pizza’s with a sourdough base for an extra tasty experience.

Combine

Combine all ingredients except salt and place in bread maker on 'dough' setting.

Add Salt

As dough forms a ball, slowly add the salt until dissolved. You might need to restart the dough cycle a few times to ensure all the ingredients are really well combined.

Use

Once the bread machine dough cycle has completed (mine takes 90 minutes), split the dough into 2 x equal portions and use immeditally or cling wrap and refrigerate. Make you pizza(s) as normal.
