CombineCombine all ingredients except salt and place in bread maker on 'dough' setting. |

Add SaltAs dough forms a ball, slowly add the salt until dissolved. You might need to restart the dough cycle a few times to ensure all the ingredients are really well combined. |

UseOnce the bread machine dough cycle has completed (mine takes 90 minutes), split the dough into 2 x equal portions and use immeditally or cling wrap and refrigerate. Make you pizza(s) as normal. |
